  1. Do you customize products for gifting?

At the moment, we don’t offer product customization.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we primarily ship within the Philippines. However, if you’re interested in international shipping, feel free to contact us directly,  and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  3. How long does shipping take? 

    Shipping usually takes between 3-7 days, depending on your location.  Please note that this lead time excludes Sundays, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  4. How can I track my order?

    Tracking your order is simple! You can monitor your shipment’s status directly through Enstack.

  5. What are the modes of delivery?

    We offer various delivery methods through trusted courier services. At checkout, you can choose from J&T Express and Ninjavan for Standard Shipping, depending on your preference and location.

  6. How do I place a bulk order?

     If you would like to place a bulk order, please contact us directly through our contact form or email us at [email protected] . We’ll be happy to discuss your order needs, offer bulk pricing, and assist you with the process.  Please note: • A bulk order is defined as a minimum purchase of ₱2,000 or at least 24 packs of incense.We look forward to helping you with your order!

    At this time, we only accept direct orders for bulk purchases. To ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process for all customers, we kindly ask that regular orders be placed through our Enstack Webstore.
